Unpaid Claim
I still haven't received my reimbur*****t from AA despite having complained and being promised a follow up... now an un-kept promise!!<br> <br> Also, from the forms submitted why am I the one suffering by only getting reimbursed in 14 days? I did not delay in submitting the initial request, AA did!!!
