Unacceptable service !!

We purchased an item from the AA Cresta centre outlet on the 4/5 for R180.00 using our STD bk card .

We returned it ot on the 7/5 , to date the the refund hss not reflected , I contacted the store today and was told to contact Std bk our card as they had passed the credit and it was no longer their problem !

I contacted your Head office *** at 16:34 and was advised the finance team had ‘knocked off’ !!! Call back tomorrow.

Not ‘the finance team is not available at the moment , may I take your number and get them to call you back tomorrow!!!

Really who do I get ft AA to assist ????
