Staff was incapable to figure out where the N12, 12km south of Westonaria is?<br> <br> For an hour I received various phone calls to give directions to the AA. An hour later they could not figure out how to get ADT or the police to my car. I had to sit woman alone in the dark while they tried to find the N12, 12km south of Westonaria as per my GPS.<br> <br> I got so frustrated that I risked stopping another car to assist me. <br> <br> I have been a member for many, many years and it is now a regular occurrence that staff does not have the capability to understand the South African map.
