Took money without renewing membership

I attempted to renew online in March 2023, the money was taken from my account but their system failed to renew my membership and kept sending unpaid invoices.

After weeks of trying to contact them, their support eventually claimed they never received my payment, so I filed a chargeback with my bank. They counter-claimed despite deactivating my membership and I have spent months fighting their dispute with my bank.

Eventually AA successfully disputed the chargeback and took the money out of my account again, while cancelling my membership.
