Tolerated the first incident...not tolerating this

First incident 01December 2015 - requested arm response when my vehicle broke down no arm response came after I called several times I was told arm response when for a house burglary...yet I was promised they on the way.The arm response never arrive.The call operator advised the tow truck would be by my location within 45-60 minutes the AA arrived about 2 hours later.the AA operator said that the vehicle thats going to asist me is coming form Durban...lies I asked the guy that arrived and he was from Pitermaritzburg...from we're I was stuck it was 18km away from Pitermaritzburg...billed about R 450 just for a battery boost and my vehicle was not towed. 13 February 2016 called the AA promised once again 45-60 minutes AA arrived after 2 hours..billed R780 single trip from point of being stuck to destination was 36km I was told cause the AA came from Vanderbijlpark and I had to paythe kilometers he traveled to come tow me.is this what the AA is all about.requsted for a manager to call me...got a call on the 14 February 2016 no one could have answered me....Was then told that they sending a email to another manager to call me on the 15 February 2016 haven't heard from the AA eversince<br>
