To Reverse Fees

I have always handled my Nephew's affairs Mark Bromage ID **********088 who has been overseas for over a year and wants to sell his Audi. I have written several emails to AA to cancel but they keep taking off R108.00 plus Debit Order Fee of R18 which they did on 1st April 2020. Please will you reverse this Fee urgently as it comes off my account and I am a Pensioner. Mark who worked for Travel Agents closed their doors so he is without work. Policy number *** Memberahip Number ***. Please will you also look into Cash Back Fees owed to him.
