A refreshing wonderful experience when I had dealt with Consultant/ Service Provider. I had the privilege of dealing with Palesa Zulu from AA Insurance in Johannesburg. I explained that I was a Retired Senior Citizen, as such I am a bit hard of hearing and slow to gather an amount of information all at once, that she must speak louder and slower. With patience, she adhered to my previous request and explained what the call was about, that I had responded to their advert in the monthly South African Retired Persons Newsletter for a request to obtain the best available Motor Insurance to suit my requirements. She then politely asked if it were possible to give her some personal details so as to proceed further. After much "sorry please repeat," we were finally able to commence. What a pleasure to deal with such a polite and patient lady. If were to recommend another Senior who's looking for quotations, I would recommend them to ask for Palesa Zulu of AA Insurance.
