They do not respond to emails sent to their email addresses.

I have already emailed the AA THREE times about this matter and I have not received any response from them yet.

On May 31, I renewed my membership online, via the AA's website. I also paid online, using my MasterCard.

However, after I had submitted all the details of my MasterCard, there was a message on the computer screen saying that the transaction had timed out. I was taken back to the first step of membership renewals. I typed in all my details again. The second time, the payment went through and I received a confirmation email from the AA.

However, according to my bank statement, the payment did actually go through the first time. Therefore, the R990 fee was paid twice! In total, your website made me pay R1980.

When I noticed this on May 31, I immediately sent an email to the AA. No response.

I emailed them again the next day (June 1). (I sent the email to two different addresses provided on the AA's website.) No response.

Today, I emailed them again. I really want to get the extra money I paid back, so now I'm taking to hellopeter.

Could you please refund me R990?
