The AA is completely unresponsive

I recently re-activated my AA membership online and added cover for my partner as well. For two months now the membership fee has been paid by debit order, but I have had ZERO correspondence from the AA to confirm whether my membership is active, and I have not received my membership cards or cover details. I do not even know what my membership number is! I have tried to contact them but they do not seem interested in replying to e-mails.
