Thank you again AA, outstanding services as usual

On 09 Jun, I was driving with my family when my car stopped (all of a sudden), After removing the car from the road, I immediately phoned the AA Roadside Assistant Call centre. First the gentleman took my policy no, then checked with me if I am safe, then called me back. minutes later, a lady from the central call operation ( probably JHB) phoned and confirmed that the tow car is in the way (it was a traffic rush hours), 30 min and the towing car was there, and when I asked the driver if we could have a technician to inspect the car (just to see if it is a flat battery or something we could fix on road as my car is a good runner), he did, and the same lady confirmed that the technician will meet us at the point of tow delivery (a garage next to my house). It was a problem beyond one day work, but the technician gave his advises and made sure that nothing else is been missing. Thank you again AA for saving my day for the second time this year. Absolutely recommended company
