In the 90s there was an AA ad. A darky wet night. A car stuck and the voice over saying ... it's dangerous out there No one is going to help you. But we will. And the image of the yellow truck making its way to the person in distress. Every experience I have with the AA validates this ad! Today I jad another experience of exceptional service ... call centre. Service agent. And the Magnificent service of Thami in the yellow van. Thank you
