I had the misfortune of getting stuck due to car trouble, with 2 impatient pre-schoolers. Several ladies from AA assisted me and even organised an escort while we were waiting for the tow truck. Though they had plenty of challenges due to the area, they made sure I was updated every step of the way and Lucy and the rest of the team calmed me down and ensured I got home safe.
