Taken aback

Last year I had a terrible experience waiting for AA almost 5 hours. I complained and they did not even contact me back. Last week I had a breakdown and I was very sarcastic and asked whether it is going to take 5 hours again. To my surprise, the tow truck arrived in 10 minutes. It looks like AA outsourced and got someone to me in a flash. My car was taken to the mechanic and repaired the same evening. I am impressed that AA didn't just listen, they did something about it. What a huge improvement in service. I would recommend AA any day!
