*****ing money from their clients

I was involved in an accident 29 December 2019 and requested for the vehicle to be moved to the AA storage yard. on the 27 January 2020 I had called in to move the car was advised of storage fees and and then requested aninvoice after speaking to my husband but today they want me to pay extra after they had not sent me the invoice or banking details the AA is holding our vehicle hostage and are now making excuses and saying I am no longer a stuff member of which I agree but I am paying my membership with no fail should I not get the service that I am paying for? You wanted storage fees I paid why are they still refusing to give me the vehicle.
