Slow turn around time

I recently moved to AA Insurance as they have a world class reputation. After writing off my car on the 28th of Aug I am yet to receive any feedback as to when the claim will be settled. Receiving bad to no feedback or service. If you can wait for more than a month to have your car settled then AA is the insurance for you.
