since the 23rd of September 2017 till today my car is still not fixed.

my report was sent late and it's only just last week that they asked me for the copy of my ID since the 23rd of September 2017. I have called several times but all the consultants i was on call with have been of no help.

I need my car back, i have never missed payment but they are treating me as if i owe them some debits.
