Shoddiest service ever by the AA (Automobile Association)

Call for roadside assistance logged at from Vosloorus for a tyre change assistance 14:01. Request passed on to a field team 29km away from scene, the reallocated after 45 minutes to another field team 19km away from scene. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I had to cancel the call. No one provided any updates, a call to their customer service centre was never returned after an agent promised to call back with an update.

I cancelled this call after 1 hour and 45 minutes later, when no one was returning to me with any feedback regarding where the field team was. Logged a call with another insurance company, call was resolved within 30 minutes because their field team was only 5km away from the scene - the grinding part is that the same contractor was also contracted to AA and he was logged and live on the AA app. They bypassed him with the call and sent it to someone 29km away!
