SHOCKING SERVICE

My wife got stuck in Cape Town on Firs Street she called the AA call centre to get a tow truck and she was promised one on 7 minutes and after waiting for 45 minutes she called again and this time she was promised a truck in 45 minutes and told security will be sent to her as she wasn't feeling safe where she was all of which didn't happen to her dismay I then called the call centre at 736pm and spoke a gentle man called Sherwin who then insisted I keep holding while he was trying to find out why its taken this long to get <br> assistance he then assured me that someone will be there in 5 minutes and by the time I called my wife 10 minutes later someone had arrived when she asked the tow trucker driver why it took this he says he's not to blame as AA called him at 550PM and he was waiting for his payment to be deposited into his account before he could move the company name is Garden Tows??.<br> Its so shocking and disgusting to say the least to get this type of service from a big organisation and the least there could do was send security for her to make sure she was safe
