SHOCKING ONLINE SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO MY QUERIES
I have been trying to communicate with the AA in South Africa. there web renewal system doesn't work. The email address that they give to communicate with them doesn't work. I have requested that an exec contact me after I queried there ridiculous increases but they are too important to contact me. While other corporates are taking pay reductions the AA is finding creative ways to increase their costs! I shudder to think what it would be like if I actually needed the AA to help with an emergency when their execs appear as arrogant as they come!

In my business I deal with execs at some of the biggest corporates in South Africa and it is easier to contact the MD of a Bank in SA than it is to have one of your very important execs at the AA. Quite a view of their own importance wouldn't you say?
