??? Service from AA and ADT

K...k service I'm paying for at AA. My car got stuck on Saturday 31 July 2021 @ around 19:00. I went to my AA APP for help..... the app gets stuck or it freezes after setting up my location. But when I took the cover they said when I have the APP, they will be able to locate me without me having to call them. Then I called in and spoke to Michele Marinius , she was very very rude, I told her I need security cause it was unsafe where I was stuck and I was promised but nothing came ..... The way Michelle was so rude to me she even said she doesn't work for AA , she works for CASI. I was nearly ****** when a group of people approached me and I ran away. I stopped a security van of ADT and asked for help, I explained why stopped him and he saw the people who I ran away from .... but the officer refused to stay with me until tow truck came and sped off nearly hurting me cause I was standing @ the passenger side with the door open. HZ 94 XL GP is the reg of the bakkie.

When I called back in, no one "Michelle" was not answering my calls. I called another number which found on Google and spoke to Thelma Shirema from ADT and couldn't help me with security ..... she said in was not a client and she hung up. Still stranded after a long two hours I finally got a call from a lady and she gave me a reference number and SMS's started coming in stating who will help me via towing but the security never came . I was towed to my parent's house and Andre told me that AA will never and has never provided security for Roadside assistance. The lady called and asked if was safely towed back , I asked her about the whereabouts of the security and she hung up.... BAD BAD SERVICE IS GOT FROM AA !!!! I'm even cancelling my ADT subscription !!
