Service at it's best

<p>Frustrated by the service given by my current insurance, a friend recommended AA. Went on the website and saw very interesting offers that surpass other packages from other insurance companies. I called in immediately. The call was answered timeously by a well spoken, eloquent lady (who I unfortunately did not record her name)who answered all my questions and forwarded my call to Ntombi Makila. </p> <p>Ntombi is a professional consultant who knows her products very well and gave me all the necessary details and explanations I need to know and assisted me with maximum efficiency, love and care. It was the most wonderful conversation I have ever had had with an insurance consultant. Documents were emailed before I even ended the call, with additional information that overwhelmed me with joy. Shortly after I got a call to assess the service I had received which just showed that the company still cares about it's output.</p> <p> As a first time caller, I may have been pressed for time but I was willing to leave my other work because of the manner in which all the three people conversed and answered all my questions. Please keep up the good work and keep setting the right trends even for generations to come
