second rate products

I bought an EU adaptor for a trip to the UK, but upon arrival there found that it did't work at all.<br> I returned it to the shop when we got back home and was told that they have a 'no-retuns policy' as it was opened and used, This not displayed anywhere in the shop.<br> I explained that i had to open it to use it, but it didn't work, so we didn't use it. Also, i could't check if it worked until we were in the UK.<br> The staff were very unfriendly about it.<br> The products are obviously not tested to make sure they do work and second-rate
