Roadside Non Assistance

It is with regret that I have to inform you that you roadside assistance has no use. Your internal politics and practices stand solidly in the way of you offering a service which you claim to offer. <br> <br> After a discussion with a lady in you call centre this afternoon I was left satisfied that the AA would live up to its name and help me in my time of need. After waiting for more than 40mins I didn't know whether help was on the way or not. I only received the following:<br> <br> Thank you for your call. The AA has received your request for assistance and will notify you as soon as help is on its way. Ref: ***<br> <br> 40 minutes and no feedback. I subsequently contacted my office and ask for help again knowing that this time the assistance would come for sure. <br> <br> Why would a security guard be dispatched to a vehicle on the side of the road and not bring the Diesel required. This concept does not make sense. I re-think is in order. <br> <br> Thanks for nothing. A waste of precious time. At least in future I know not to rely on AA for any assistance. I will speak only badly of you company in future.<br>
