Roadside Assistance

I had a problem with my car which is a rent to own from Vitala cars. The problem seem to have been the clutch plate and that meant that the car had to be towed to the nearest Toyota garage. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with no shop, houses or people walking by except for motorists passing by. <br> <br> I called for Roadside Assistance and all I got was call after call for a good over three hours before I finally got assistance. I am still trying to recover from this as I felt anything could have happened to me during that time. I fail to understand why this took so long as I was about 30 tot 40 km away from Rustenburg and also 40km away from Krugersdorp.<br> <br> I am shocked at the quality I got from AA as well as the police in the area who were called tot provide security. They called me to find out where I was and that was the last I heard from them. I am shocked to my bones and wonder where this country is going! And honestly I did not expect much from the Police, I have never been to the police, no matter where in SA, and got help. So I have given up on them a long time ago.<br> <br> What bothered me is the response from AA, fortunately Vital is their customer not me but I know now. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Aa Insurance to Automobile Association by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
