REAL customer service

I called the AA Insurance company today to discuss the insurance of my three vehicles. The rates had just gone up and I wanted to see if I could get them reduced. Mohammed Choglay who helped me over the phone was absolutely super-helpful. My query was dealt with efficiently and the rate reduced to my entire satisfaction. But that was not all... I am in the process of buying a new car and wondered how the insurance rate might fluctuate with the various makes of cars that I was looking at. Well Mohammed went the extra five miles for me. And I have to say that I have seldom come away from a 'customer service' phone call with such a sense of satisfaction.
