Proof of payment still not received

Please note that I still have not received proof that the AA has received payment on 26 May 2015 for the renewal of membership, despite both 2 telephonic and now 3 e-mail requests. Please, urgently, provide a base date and signed document to this effect, as I have been refused roadside assistance since the admin department is not up to date with received payments. Please note the number of requests that have already been made on this query! As a member of the AA for over 20 years, this is unacceptable!
