Premium Reduction
I phoned the call centre to change my address after returning to Johannesburg from Port Elizabeth. After querying the new premium I was transferred to Mohammed Choglay, who assisted me to get my premium reduced to the same rate that I was paying in Port Elizabeth. Thank you, Mohammed Choglay. I appreciate the friendly and efficient service.
