Poot service

Yesterday I had a breakdown and something was wrong with my battery. I reported to AA at 22H30. As per my package I requested security as was not safe and Tow truck. I was called by various AA employees requesting same questions and this took almost 2 Hours. I was close to a busy tavern and I was really panicking. After 2 Hours they came back to me saying there is no tow truck in Lusikisiki I and also they don't have contract with ADT Security and police could not assist. In all I waited for the truck infill it came at 03H30 Am. The truck was from Mtata which is about 140 kms . AA has given poor service to me. I slept in the car in an extremely dangerous area.
