Poor service delivery from Automobile Association (AA)
Disappointing service from AA last night. I requested to be towed at around 11:30pm and was only picked up at like 2:30am. I had to wait in my car for such a long time and I was told from the beginning that the dispatch would be assisting me, within 45 mins of the request. How does one wait for assistance for such a long time?
