Poor service & damaged my vehicle

<p>The AA has made me wait for roadside assistance for up to 4 hours during this past weekend, this is not the first time this happens in my 4 to 5 year membership with The AA. They say they will call you back but this weekend i did all the calling back. They expected timearound times are never met and just useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since incured damaged to my vehicles front bumper due to their flatbed and drivers trying to load the car the wrong way. This is total nonsense and worse part is the service is useless.</p>
