Poor Service

I been a member of AASA for 35 years. on 26 August 2019 I received a message informing me to register for the AA mobility card on the web site. I did so shortly there after. a few weeks later I called & was told that I must wait has they do not have cards. after a few weeks I called again explaining that I will not renew my membership due to them failing to issue the card. the lady said that she will talk to her supervisor & get back to me. this they did not do. I emailed them on 11 November 2019 & still did not get any response. they called yesterday to inquire where they should courtier the card to. my renewal is due on 29 November 2019 & I have not renewed. they realized that I have not renewed & now decided to send the card to me so that I will renew. I asked them not to send the card as I will not being renewing my membership. this is a difficult decision after being a member for 35 years. their service is not acceptable. what if one needs their assistance in an emergency. I know that it is no problem to them loosing a loyal member. Good Service is very important & we the public have to stand up against poor service.
