Poor Service

I was involved in a car accident on Sunday the 25/01/2014 as an AA member i was never assited I got a very bad service the tow driver was not on time promised he called us kids and wanted to throw me his his work phone for adressing my complain about a poor service I was in pain from the accident with my girlfried we waited for more than the 30 minutes promised paramedics towing guys withnessed that the AA driver told me he won't tow my car for raising my dissatisfaction he yes indeed left my car there on the accident scene after we asked him to take it even head office asked me to give him my phone so that they ask him to tow the car he refused after that he threw my phone over the car window to the floor it broke the screen this is the person I personally gave him my phone buy hand over the window he locked his doors so that we cant come inside changing his story that we want to fight him for what I am in pain from an accident angered by poor service I am touched to receive such service won't recomend AA to friends or people I had to incure cost of R4000 from the towing company I told myself I am with AA but I was wrong I would love to be paid back my money all the cost I incured
