Poor service

<p>My car was towed and during that process my toolbox went missing and when i look at the checklist the is a tick or line where its written tools and when the car was being towed i told the guy towing me that i can not take the toolbox with me, when the person dealing with this matter calls and says there was no tool box. I sent emails with attachments that show that tools where there and now I'm not getting a response i also called and left voice mails and now there is no response </p>
