Poor customer service

I'm hurt broken writing this review. I got stuck in the middle of nowhere with my family and when I called AA they told me that they can only take 2 people in the car. The rest of my family had to make other means to get home. The rain is pouring and we know no one around here. I signed up for this insurance so that I don't have to bother anyone when I need roadside assistance. The lady who assisted us was Simone, she told us there's nothing she can do but my family will have to stay behind.
