Poor administration lead to AA unable to deliver.
I have serious reservation about the competency of the Automobile Association South Africa and especially to deliver the service that we as members are paying for.

The reasons why I become a member were to give me peace of mind should any of my family member require roadside assistance, especially in the time we live. For the past three years, I have paid more than R10,000 for the insurance, should my family require assistance I know we are sorted. However on 12 February 2016 @ 12h15 I got a rude awakening. We had a problem, the vehicle could not start. When I called for roadside assistance, I was told that my membership has not been paid for 2015 & 2016 and, unfortunately, they cannot assist us, although I have proof that my membership fees were fully paid.

I am of the opinion that for the very reason as to why I have become a member, the AA has failed us to deliver the service we have paid for. I have requested a full explanation as to why the system has failed me and what will be done to correct it, and prevent this from happening again but the AA has prefer to ignore my requests.
