Poor administration and moving goal posts
Nice one. Small accident and now policy changes to include an excess. Also despite many mail my policy still does not contain all my details. "please advise" all over and TBA despite me having mailed all reg documents etc. Also the association with new underwriter Oakhurst still not clarified in terms of claims procedure. Mixed communications from Oakhurst and AA so one has no clear info as to who'm to contact.
