Pleasant service after an unpleasant incident

I had someone knock into my car (unpleasant incident), but when reporting it to AA Insurance 2 days later, I was quite impressed by the professional, friendly and respectful service that I received. I admired the way the consultant approached me and the matter, how he took complete accountability for the claim and in general the professionalism in general. Also, no unrealistic expectations were set. In fact, expectations were professionally and courteously managed. Very well done AA Insurance for investing in an employee like Ashley Bennet.<br> <br> On a bad note, although understandable, the initial telephone conversation when logging the claim took a bit long. At least, on a positive, the call center called me back so it was not for my own cellphone account.
