Pathetic service

Pathetic service. My car broke down and I decided to use the AA for the first time since paying for almost 2 years.

I waited 2 hours for assistance to arrive. I tried the useless app and it kept failing. After an hour and half I decided to call in. They told me the app is currently down and nothing has been logged. Had to wait again.

Finally help arrives. On route I asked thee driver if he knows how to get to the place I requested the dropped off. He says he was given a different location.

We finally managed to get back on route. 20 minutes after the flat bed breaks down with my car!!

We waited in the blistering heat for 2 and half hours for help to rescue the both of us. Help finally arrives and I realized I will never be allow myself to be humiliated again like this. Im going to cancel my policy.

I always regarded AA as the best but since this service I have received, I realized you dont put put what you advertise.

We are meant to feel safe when being towed with the AA. I will never feel the same again.

Your vehicles arent regularly serviced and there is no record of the status of your vehicles. No maintenance crew to assess the vehicles before going on a call out. You send a broken vehicle to assist a vehicle that has broken down, wow!!

Please maintain and service your vehicles and keep a record, you cannot be sending such vehicles to represent you.

We pay the price so at least give us the service we deserve!!!
