Paid membership fee but still marked as overdue, 2 months later

Hi! I've contacted the AA numerous times, but with no feedback. (Except once I got an email to review how my experience was with the ghost consultant who supposedly phoned me but never did.) I renewed my subscription in January via the Renew button. As requested, I paid R1050 on 24 January 2021. But not only am I still marked as unpaid, or overdue, on my profile, I now have to pay over R4000?! Please explain why. Even when I again click on Renew, it says I don't owe anything!
