Not a happy client

I have been a loyal customer with the AA road side assictance but recently i have not been happy with the service . O have add my wife with the spaousal discount but everytime she request assistance. she always been told our policy is not update. Then i need to phone around to verification before she can get an assistance. This really incoviencing and i dont want think what would hapeen if this incident happen at night . Im very disspointed
