Non-existent service

On 14 February I subscribed, for both myself and my friend for the ARMED RESPONSE service and paid in full for the year. Yesterday I needed to use it and when I opened the App on my phone I saw it was blanked out. When I pressed the 'button' it asked me if I wanted to subscribe! The is seems to be a **** being run by the AA - when you need them they are conveniently not there!
