No Service from AA

On the 6th May I contacted AA at about 1:45 to tow my car, AA advised that they will be sending someone out in about 45min for assistance. I ended up waiting 3 hours for assistance. The service i got is infact no service at all as i had to pay R800 which was deducted from my account. I ended up not towing my car to the agreed location as the workshop I intended to take my car to had already closed and requested for them to reverse the R800 payment. <br> To date I have NOT heard anything from AA regarding my complaint and reversal of my payment.<br> The next time you call AA for assistance and you end up waiting for 3 hours like i did, just know that they are busy calling around for 2 hours to get a cheaper quote from other towing services that are closer to your location because they are trying to save rands and cents at your expense while you are at risk.<br> <br> Please reverse my payment AA as the location DHK Towing service towed me to(Centurion to Midrand) was still within the 40ks I am covered for.<br> <br> ***-0457<br> <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Aa Insurance to Automobile Association by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
