No service

I called AA in my time of need on the 1st of January after my vehicle broke down and ask for their towing service and I was told that they don't have any anyone to dispatch to my location, I ask if I can call another local towing company closest to my location to come tow, pay them and claim a refund from AA and the agent said yes and that I must send the proof of payment to their service recoveries department and I did all that. Two days ago I called to express my disappointment and the lack of feedback and they told me that I should leave my number and they will call me back. I still haven't received a call or any acknowledgement from AA yet I've been a loyal client to the brand for more than 3 years. I'm extremely disappointed in AA
