No roadside assistance after 80 minutes!

I burst a tyre and called the AA at 12:11, was given Ref No 349 and told I could expect a flatbed truck within 75 minutes. At 12:35 Sam phoned to tell me that he was arranging one. At 13:11 I called again because my 80 year old mother had to wait over 2 hours for the AA to arrive. Lisa got Sam to contact me. At 13h15 he phoned to say that he hadn't dispatched a truck yet. I asked him to rather send a technician to help me change to the spare tyre. He said there were no technicians available. When I objected, he said he would contact someone who is patrolling. He came back and said his supervisor would sort me out. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he said he is on lunch. Eventually I was put through to Kamal who said all trucks are busy. I threatened to take the matter further and he said he would see what he could do. At that stage, a good Samaritan had stopped and offered help. I told Kamal he needed to be quick. 10 mins later he phoned back to say a truck could get to me in 30 mins. My tyre had already been changed. 3 HOURS after my first call, the AA sent an sms saying I will be notified when help is on its way! WHAT do they do with 1 000 000 members' R1000 subscriptions?
