No response or assistance 5 hours later

I am a female and I was stuck in Bryanston today, At 17:30 I was told the driver would contact me to come and assist. By 22:40 I had still not received any calls or communication from AA. I am a new member and have paid the subscription fee but will be cancelling as I received so assistance in over 5 hours. This is so shocking, if I had not made another plan to get my car home. I would still be waiting, at risk, for the AA to come and assist me. This is shocking service
