No help during emergency
I had a real emergency this morning with my daughter being in an accident. When i called for help the operator said they cant help unless if i pay. I got the cover understanding my family was covered. My daughter ended up being harassed by police and tow in services at the scene of the accident. I REALLY needed help. What a disappointment for being a member of AA.
