No Customer Service

Required more info on a specific topic as advertised on their web site. Phoned Customer Service several times; connecting me through to several people, trying to assist with my query. Said they will come back to me. Nothing! Sent an email to address provided with same query; no response. I am very much in doubt that if I would become a member, that they would be able to assist me, like with roadside assistance?
