MEMBERSHIP??????????????
I renewed my membership in September 2019 and submitted proof of payment. This morning I wanted to check something on the app and according to the app I'm no longer a member and my membership status in "INACTIVE". I've been a fully paid up member since 1967. I'm going on holiday soon and now I have to find out I'm no longer a member but I keep getting emails how wonderful the AA is and all the benefits I'm entitled to - UTTER *******!
