Making a break down easier

I just had the misfortune of a breakdown in a less than savoury area, south of Johannesburg. The efficiency of the AA call centre and dispatch centre arranged a tow truck for me in great time. Additionally, the truck driver Raymond was very friendly and worked quickly to rig up my vehicle and get going. A breakdown is never an enjoyable experience, but the AA made it much more bearable.
