Lost car

Good afternoon,

It has been exactly 3 weeks (24 July) since AA picked up our van from our home.

Last Friday, a repairer called about a quote on repairs on our vehicle. Told the lady we dont know the extend of the damages yet, why is she referring to repairs. She was referring to another car. Told her which car they picked up and she said they dont have our car.

Today, Monday, 7th August, I called the AA three times to hear whether they have finished assessing our car. Told them to give me the address where the car is. No one called me back. Eventually I got an email from AA to say the repairer (where they towed the car to) does not know where the car is and I must forward the reference number???? Why dont they have these details. They arranged where the car must go.

Also, no one offers us the rental car whilst the car is where ever the car is. I enquired about this, and I was told I have the facility available but I must ask for it. For 3 weeks we have had to struggle with transport as we await the extend of damages on the car and no one follows up and then sends an email to say the repairer cannot locate the car???? What now.

What happens now AA?

Aye Aye, bad service. Please locate the car and the extend of the damages.

This is dissapointing!!!
